You consent to receive text messages from Polynesian Pools when you provide your mobile number and agree to SMS communications through one of our forms, in writing, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Polynesian Pools.

Message frequency varies. Typical customers receive a small number of messages per season (for example, 2 to 4 messages during pool opening or closing season).

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan. Polynesian Pools does not charge for text messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your removal, and no further messages will be sent. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network availability.

Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
